Settings in the sidebar opens five pages. /settings on its own redirects to the first. Entering settings swaps the sidebar for its own nav, opening with a link back — no section is somewhere you need the browser’s back button to leave.

What is deliberately not here

Theme. It lives in the account menu — in the sidebar on desktop, behind the avatar on mobile — because it is a preference you flip, not a form you fill in. Passwords. Sign-in is a magic link, so there is no password to change. API keys. They belong to an MCP, not to the account. A key belongs to one server, and the place you want it is the MCP you just created. One account per person

MCPulse settles you into exactly one account. If someone invited your address, you join theirs with the role they gave you; otherwise you get a new account and become its owner. This happens on your first account-scoped request, not on your first write. See Authentication.
